A Professional Program complements or replaces traditional training, education or retreats. We co-create with you. Through novel experiences analogous to the real world we practice specific skills and tools.

Experiential Methods works. It’s how you live your life.

Experiential training and education is active and participatory. Usually this means getting up from your desk. It does not necessarily mean outdoor or adventure activities.

Experiences   Generally the more fun, engaging, active, out of the ordinary the situation is the better the results. All experiences have a point and are connected to program goals before, during and after.

Specialists   Multi-day or long term Professional Programs often include specialists. We offer personality typing focused on communication styles, predicting stress behavior, and practicing efficient redirection. It’s fun, easy, and effective. We also access coaches and therapeutic professionals.

Our facilitators and specialists work with management teams in aerospace, tech, pharma, international apparel, heavy equipment, health care and energy. They work with graduate programs in MBA, pharmacy, education, physics, engineering, and paramedic / firefighters.
